Prior communication and long duration detachment : online Ministry Decree no. 170 of 2021 August 6th

New standards and rules for telematic data transmission of the mandatory communications due by the services suppliers

The Ministry of Labour and Social Policies’ Decree no 170 of 2021 August 6th and relative annex has been introduced, waiting for it to be registered by the Court of Auditors. The Decree defines the standards and the rules to be adopted for the telematic data transmission of the communications mandatory due by the services suppliers to the Ministry, concerning the long duration workers posted in Italy. The provisions are particularly applied to the detachmemt mandatory prior communication and each eventual next change of the prior communication (as provided by the article no. 10, comma 1, Legislative Decree no. 136/2016) as well as the communications that must notify the reasons why the long duration detachment is required (as provided by the article no. 4 bis, comma 2, Legislative Decree no. 136/2016 and modified by the article no. 1, comma 1, chapter d) of the Legislative Decree no. 122/20202).
Once the Decree will be registered, it will be in force starting from the day the news will be published on the Section Legal Notice Institutional Site of the Ministry and at the same time the Ministry of Labour and Social Policies decree of 2016 August 10th will be revoked.
