In Finland the "Act on the posting of workers (447/2016)" transposes the Posting of Workers Directive 2014/67/EU into national legislation and replaces the previous Posted Workers Act.  

The Finnish Occupational Safety and Health Administration website provides an overview of the obligations of foreign undertakings and illustrates the necessary steps to make an advanced declaration of posting which, as of  1° September 2017, is obligatory for all service providers posting workers to Finland. More specifically, the website provides details on the field of application as well as instructions on how to fill in the electronic declaration form.
