With the memo of 2017 February 28th, Italian National Labour Inspectorate specifies that, as regards the transport of goods and passengers, the foreign posting company must fulfil the administrative requirements, as provided for by Article 10 of Legislative decree No. 136/2016, by means of the online procedure and not, as before, by sending a copy of the form via email to the email address: Cabotaggio.DistaccoUE@lavoro.gov.it. 

However, up to 2017 March 7th, advance declarations sent to the above-mentioned email address, concerning postings taking effect from 1 March, shall be considered valid.
