As of 2 February 2022, the European Commission will launch the public interface system connected to the Internal Market Information System ("IMI"), on which the declaration of posting of drivers by operators in the road transport sector can be transmitted to the competent authorities of a Member State, pursuant to Article 1 of the EU Directive 2020/1057.

In this respect, the European Commission has activated the RTPD (Road Transport Posting Drivers) portal to allow the registration of operators and the creation of accounts to access and transmit posting declarations, accessible at the following link: https://www.postingdeclaration.eu/landing.
