Two new FAQs sent to distaccoue@lavoro.gov.it are now available for consultation on the Cliclavoro website 

The first one regards the scope of application of the provisions set down in Legislative decree No 136 of 2016 concerning international work placements involving non-Italian EU nationals.

The second one confirms that only in the case of cabotage operations must a copy of the  UNI_CAB_UE  form be given to posted driver concerned and kept on board the vehicle. As regards the UNI_DISTACCO_UE  form, the service provider is not obliged to give a copy to the posted worker.
