A new memo from the Directorate of vigilance, legal affairs and controversy of the Italian National Labour Inspectorate is online today.
More specifically, clarification has been given regarding the posting of workers in the framework of the transnational provision of services involving several economic operators, namely the foreign posting company, the receiving company and the final recipient of the services carried out by the posted worker.
Furthermore, the memo specifies that temporarily exhibiting and selling products at trade fairs and trade fair-like events constitutes a legal exception to the provisions laid down in Legislative decree n. 136/2016. Therefore, in this specific case, the requirements set down therein, as well as the related sanctions, are not applicable.
